NICOLE WONG liked to draw everywhere as a little girl –especially on the walls behind the furniture, where her mom would find the drawings years later. She graduated from RISD with a BFA in Illustration and continues to take art classes in different media and techniques, such as collage, photography, and egg tempera painting. She uses pencil, ink, watercolor, and digital media to create her graceful paintings. Nicole is an award-winning artist who has illustrated over twenty picture books, including No Monkeys, No Chocolate by Melissa Stewart which was a Junior Library Guild selection. Nicole lives in Fall River, Massachusetts, with her husband, daughter, two sleepy kittens and two hyperactive pups.
