ELIZA REISFELD is a children’s book author and illustrator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. After graduating with honors from Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Illustration, she has worked with clients from Disney Publishing, Meta, ABC, and the American Psychological Association to name a few. She creates whimsical worlds, full of animals, delightful characters, and wonderment, exploring our connection to nature and appreciating the importance of community and relationships. Her stories are full of curiosity, and often are centered on taking care of our planet and emotional wellbeing for kids. She has a beautiful sense of color and creates relatable and appealing characters that illuminate the pages of her books. On any given day you can find her painting, sketching, and sculpting in her art studio, accompanied by her two cats Mowgli and Bagheera!
